Younger Boy exclaimed part way through the afternoon that they had been working homework for a "crazy long time".

That is what happens when you are NINE and THIRTEEN assignments behind and need to get caught up.

If you stay caught up it doesn't take a "crazy long time" and you don't spend all of that time feeling guilty.
