We have someone looking at the house this morning.  Right now...as I type this.

Realtor M tells me this is a serious buyer who has been watching our neighborhood and wanted to be sure  he got in before the open house on Sunday.

He wants to use a house to surprise his girlfriend when he proposes...or something like that.

I am praying ours is THEIR HOUSE.
