...it seems both the man and his fiance ended up coming to look at the house.  They both loved it, but she needed some time to "process all of the information". 

Realtor M is going to call them and follow up.  He is also going to invite them back to the open house on Sunday.

I am cautiously optimistic about this.  I know it will all work out and the house will sell before we have to file bankrupcy and honestly...nothing else really matters.
