According to the boys I made a list of a million and one things we need to do before the open house on Sunday afternoon.

Admittedly it is a long list. 

It is always so interesting to see their approaches to helping out with things. 

Originally Middle Boy wanted to do all of the tasks in their room and bathroom.  I am 99% sure it was a tactic to not actually really do anything, but make it seem like you are really working.  I told him it was a job best left to Saturday or they would have to keep doing it.

That left Middle Boy in the kitchen doing the tasks there.

Younger Boy's tactic tonight was to take as long as humanly possible to complete each task.  He wanted to vacuum the stairs.  Great.  I hate doing it.  He took 30 minutes to do it.  Last I checked we didn't live in the Empire State Building.  When I told him he had one minute to finish up and move on to the next task he threw a temper tantrum.   Earned himself a time in.

We got about a third of the list done.  Moving at a pretty good clip.  We have tomorrow evening and a few hours Saturday which are unaccounted for.

Prayers for getting the list done...a successful open house...and the house to sell.
