Tonight I wrote a motivational contract with Middle Boy.  It encompasses rewards and penalties for finishing each step of his therapy homework by deadlines I have assigned.  It also includes behavioral and grade requirements for school.  It is very detailed and I made Middle Boy rewrite it in his own words to make sure we were in agreement.

I hope this works.  I have yet to find anything that motivates him.
