Mom J called tonight.  They need help.  The would like me to collect all of the information I still have on Older Boy and send it to them so they have back up documentation.

The school in the small town they live in has suspended Older Boy twice already this year.  They suspect the school is just not equipped to deal with him and his behaviors.  When he lived there previously he went to another district which has a wonderful behavior disorder program (which the new superintendent is trying to cut so they aren't taking more kids).  Mom and Dad J are going to try to get a court order that he be allowed into the other district's program.

They have FOURTEEN people going to the IEP meeting on Thursday...including three attorneys.  They aren't trying to be bullies...that is how big Older Boy's case team is now.

I know I have a lot of documentation from his time with me.  In theory Service Coordinator should have passed all of it on, but that doesn't really happen.

Pray for their IEP meeting to go well.  Pray for Older Boy's education.  This year he has been home more than at school.
