Sophie was up running around this morning at 2AM. 

Ordinarily this would be irritating to me, but tonight it was a blessing.  Tonight I remembered we hadn't put out our trash or recycling containers.  My level of desire to move that stuff to the new house with us is quite low.

So, I got up and took out both containers.  It was actually beautiful outside at that time of night.

The garage door opening and closing right below the boys' room didn't wake either boy.

I was able to go right back to sleep.

Again...thank you Sophie for waking me and reminding me of the trash.
