Tonight we went to a college graduation party for Z who sits in front of us every week at church.  Over the years I have become friends with both the parents and their college age sons.

The party was nice.  It took Middle Boy a while to warm up to the setting.  Both boys played with their dog, a miniature dacshund just like Sophie.  Her name is Bella and she is about five year old.  They wore her out.  By the end of the evening she was laying on her side with her tongue hanging out of her mouth.

Z showed the boys his recording studio and listened to Middle Boy's rap CD.  He offered to help him with his CD project. Middle Boy is beyond excited.

It was good to show the boys that people celebrate things like graduations.  They are a big deal.

Praises for good friends and a good time.  They are a blessing.
