I'll admit it.  I follow five or six blogs pretty regularly.  Not every day regularly, but pretty regularly.  This one struck a nerve with me.  Part of it is how much heart goes out for this family and part of it is because I, too, have heard this "just playing" justification for a behavior that is over the top.

Just Playing

Part of me wants to show Middle Boy this post, because he is the one who is rude and belligerant and then says he was "just playing" or "just having fun" or "joking".  I want to show him people can take these things too far...way too far.

Prayer for this family.  Pray they get the help they need.  Pray for this boy and all other kiddos like them.
