Today I witnessed the coolest of witnessing.

In our attachment class people are really opening up about life.  About the way they were parented.  There are some people who are there who are dealing with their own demons about the way they were parented.  Trying to heal themselves. 

There is this couple who had their children taken away I believe because he was abusive.  I'm just guessing based on what they have shared.

There is another couple who are foster parents and the man in the foster parenting couple is really reaching out to the other man and he offered to mentor him in parenting and being a good husband.  He gave him three movies to watch...Fireproof, Facing the Giants, and Courageous.

I shared with them about the men's night at our church where they are showing Courageous and the mentor asked him if they wanted to go.  They are going to go together!!

This is SO COOL!!  It made me teary-eyed watching the whole thing unfold and to also get to be a very small part of it.

I will be praying for both of these couples moving forward!!  Join me?
