I heard through the rumor mill Service Coordinators have to pick a few families and have their meetings evaluated to determine if they are meeting the requirements of their jobs.  I would LOVE to have our family team meeting evaluated....for a lot of reasons.

I am guessing we may get selected on Middle Boy's case and there is no way on earth we will be selected in Younger Boy's case since I have filed a grievance and made multiple complaints on his worker dating back to when Older Boy lived with me.

Mom and Dad J are having their meeting evaluated, because they are involved in a lawsuit against State over accessibility upgrades to they were promised for their home.  Ms. R's family team meeting is being evaluated.

Maybe I have a dominating personality in the meeting.  Maybe my expectations are too high for the meeting.  Maybe my expectations are too high for the system.  Maybe I have too many questions in the meeting.  Maybe it isn't my job to advocate for the kiddos in my home, but rather just have them tell me what I should do.  I don't know.  Part of why I would like to have our meeting evaluated.

Prayers this is a start to helping the system where the kiddos are the biggest victims.
